Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery and success from schematic design through construction administration. Responsibilities include the management and oversight of clients, team, schedules, budgets, contracts, drawings and specs quality, and coordination with consultants.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience, at least 5 years Project Management experience
- Degree in Architecture or related program
- Registered Architect
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD plus proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Diplomatic communication and problem solving skills
- Organization skills to manage multiple projects, clients and teams
- Ability to travel 15% - 30%, as needed
