Christopher Chivetta, P.E., LEED AP

Chris Chivetta is responsible for all the firm’s projects. As principal-in-charge, he employs the full resource of the company, assuring schedules are met, budgets are maintained, and all work is performed to the highest level of quality.

In addition to his responsibilities as principal-in-charge, Chris leads the coordination and review of engineering efforts associated with all projects. His extensive knowledge and vast experience in the design and review of complex mechanical systems serves a tremendous resource to the entire design and engineering teams.

Chris’ strong interpersonal skills, his passion for what he does, his goal for striving for innovative design excellence, and his intrinsic desire to exceed client expectations, transcends into a strong collaboration with each client and the successful completion of projects.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from Washington University. He is a professional engineer registered in ten states and LEED Accredited.

Chris is frequently asked to speak at professional and trade organizations on a range of topics related to the design and construction of commercial, municipal, and higher education projects. Topics include, for example, designing the mechanical engineering components of a project to be cost effective and functional for the long term and effective ways to raise capital for your project. He has also published a number of articles related to mechanical and air quality systems.
