Nursing, Allied Health and Administrative Building

Since its founding over 40 years ago, Blue Ridge Community and Technical College has seen continuous growth and increased enrollment. As the third fully independent community and technical college in West Virginia, existing campus facilities were no longer meeting the needs of faculty, staff and students. To help meet these needs, the West Virginia Council for Community and Technical College Education hired Hastings+Chivetta, in association with Bastian & Harris Architects, to design a new academic facility for the Martinsburg campus.
