Fundraising Support

Since over 95% of Hastings+Chivetta’s projects are for educational clients, most of our projects involve some type of fundraising. Our design process actively engages a school’s constituents to build enthusiasm, consensus and support for their project. The partnership continues as we become an extension of their development staff. Our expertise includes the ability to provide accurate cost estimates in the early planning phases, which confirm the level of funds that need to be raised, as well as provide potential donors with a clear understanding of the projects they are being asked to support. We can integrate fundraising into the design process, including involvement of potential donors.

Our assistance can include presentations to large groups or visits to individual donors as requested by the school. Hastings+Chivetta can also produce a variety of illustrative materials to assist in project promotion and fundraising efforts. Items we have provided for educational clients in the past include:
