SLU  Trustees approve construction of new residence hall

The Saint Louis University Board of Trustees have approved the $71 million construction budget for a new residence and dining hall. The new facility will be built at the site of a surface parking lot near Grand Boulevard and Laclede Avenue.

The new seven-story, 237,000SF residence hall will include single and double suite-style rooms, as well as a 740-seat campus dining hall, classrooms, study lounges and an outdoor plaza.
