Shanney Rudd

Controller

Shanney initially joined our administrative team as an Accountant, supporting the firm’s financial vitality by handling expense reports, state registrations, and accounts payable, bank, and account reconciliations. Shanney is now Hastings+Chivetta’s Controller, and oversees all daily financial operations of the firm. She also works directly with principals, project managers, and senior staff on administrative and operational performance. Shanney’s love for numbers inspired her to become an accountant, and she received her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University. Outside of work, Shanney loves spending time with her family and interior decorating. She is always inspired by a challenge, and her life’s motto is “Don’t tell me the sky is the limit when there are footprints on the moon.”
