Associate | Project Architect
Kitty Fornkahl, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C joins our architectural team as a Project Architect, currently focusing on the Principia Field House project. The Rice University graduate is also a part of AIA St. Louis Women in Architecture’s Communications Committee. Kitty is a lifelong Cardinals fan and proud St. Louisan, citing the beauty of St. Louis’ built landscape as her inspiration to pursue architecture. The multi-talented Cor Jesu Academy alumna also has a penchant for the performing arts: outside of work, Kitty plays the piano and loves to perform in musicals.

- Why did you become an architect? The beauty of St. Louis’ built landscape inspired me to pursue architecture.
- What is your favorite sport to watch, or to play? I’m a lifelong Cardinals fan!
- Best vacation ever? Grand Traverse Bay, MI is gorgeous, especially from a boat.
- What is your favorite H+C project? Performance Gym and Student Commons, Cor Jesu Academy
