The University of Wisconsin –  River Falls has broken ground on the $63.5 million Falcon Center, the largest building project in the history of the school.  Hastings+Chivetta Architects teamed with Ayers Associates to design the new 162,300 GSF building to house the university’s Health and Human Performance programs as well as athletics and student recreation spaces.

In addition to a large gym and an auxiliary gym, fitness center and a human performance laboratory, the new Falcon Center will provide classroom space, training rooms, locker rooms, a dance studio, and offices. Completion of the facility is scheduled for October 2016 with occupancy in early 2017.
