The University of Wisconsin -  River Falls has broken ground on the $63.5 million Falcon Center, the largest building project in the history of the school.  Hastings+Chivetta Architects teamed with Ayers Associates to design the new 162,300 GSF building to house the university's Health and Human Performance programs as well as athletics and student recreation spaces...
